A private day at the castle

Your group spends an agreed block of hours at the castle, typically up to a full day. Private rooms are included, so anyone can step away to rest or reset, and timing is flexible.

Small gatherings and intensives

The castle suits small groups who come to focus. That could be a leadership team, a family marking a milestone, or a coach spending a few deep days with a handful of their closest clients. The study and parlor are good for quiet conversation, the deck is good for clearing your head, and meals are handled so nobody has to think about logistics. We keep these gatherings discreet, and we can talk through the details privately.

Accommodations

We book one private group at a time, so your group has the castle to itself for the stay. That said, the castle is a shared home, so your hosts will be in the house and around the property during your time here. Please don’t expect complete privacy. Overnight guests get to wind down after the day visitors leave and wake up to the view.

The bedrooms comfortably sleep a small group of roughly 6 to 10. Stays are available by advance reservation, subject to availability, and timing is flexible.

Dining during your stay

Stays are for lodging only. If you’d like a meal while you’re here, breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be prepared in the castle’s licensed home kitchen for your group, arranged separately from your stay. We collaborate with you on your food preferences, including gluten-free and other special dietary considerations. Beer and wine are served with meals only.

Would you like a private dinner or brunch while you’re here? Just ask. Private dining is booked and invoiced separately from your stay.

Alpine Castle is not a conventional party venue. We believe exceptional experiences do not require large crowds or excessive entertainment. Sometimes the most memorable moments are found in meaningful conversations, extraordinary surroundings, and thoughtful attention to detail.

Preserving the Alpine Castle Experience

We’re in a quiet residential area. Please keep it quiet when you arrive and leave, especially in the evening. There’s no amplified music outdoors. Loud parties, excessive noise, rowdy gatherings, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Alpine Castle maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive conduct; any guest or group whose behavior compromises the safety, comfort, or peaceful atmosphere of the property may be asked to leave, subject to applicable law.

All gatherings must be approved in advance and comply with established guest limits and property policies. We’re in fire country, so no fireworks or open flames outdoors. Please treat the home with care. It’s one of a kind.

Parking on the property is limited to five cars, so please carpool where you can. Additional spots are available upon request, and larger groups may require a shuttle.
